  • Apprenticeships are one of Oregon’s best kept secrets. There are alternatives other than attending colleges. Apprenticeship is the Original 4 year Degree!
  • Oregon’s apprenticeship program is a 4 year program with on the job and class room training. Apprentices are full time employees who are earning while learning. A beginning apprentice is paid 45% of the average journeyperson wage and increases every 6 months!
  • Earn credits while attending classes at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, Oregon. After completion the program credits can be applied towards an Associates Degree.
  • Area II Plumbers is an open shop (non union) program. “Open shop” employers have an open door policy and allow you a direct relationship with your employer!
